Lord Cloak is a veteran and crowd favourite at The ABC London Calypso Tent who brings to the stage a witty and mischievous performance. He constantly demonstrates that he can still hold his own, and in the 2015 Calypso Monarch Competition secured a runner-up position. Lord Cloak holds the accolade of having won The ABC UK Calypso Monarch crown for no less than thirteen (13) occasions, with his inimitable lyrics and presentation style that is reminiscent of the classical performers of the art form.
Lord Cloak has been a member of The ABC from its inception having sustained his commitment to delivering social commentary of the highest order never hesitating to identify the foibles, misdeeds as well as humorous characteristics of humankind. He was awarded an ACASA Founder Member, Pearl, and Lifetime Achievement awards on 10th June 2023.
