Santiago joined ABC in 2013 and has gone from strength to strength. His refreshing brand of Calypso and Rapso woos the audiences and his performances are always hotly anticipated. In 2014 it was predicted that Santiago was “definitely one to watch out for this coming season” and so it proved. Moving from Peoples Champ in 2014, he secured the UK Groovy Soca Monarch Title in 2015.
In 2016 he claimed third place in both the Groovy and Calypso Monarch competitions. Santiago enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, who are most often the muses of the humorous Calypsos in which he specialises and presents to appreciating audiences. Santiago is currently leading Youth Development Project Management work in Trinidad and Tobago.
